Art is fundamental. We know it and we want to experience it.

We’re calling it Art House.

The Museum

The Knoxville Museum of Art celebrates the art and artists of East Tennessee, presents new art and new ideas, educates and serves a diverse community, enhances Knoxville’s quality of life and economic development, and operates ethically, responsibly, and transparently as a public trust.

Museum Hours

Tuesday – Saturday: 10am-5pm
Sunday: 1-5pm

The museum is closed on Mondays, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
